The receipt of an email order confirmation does not signify the acceptance of an order or a confirmation of an offer to sell. Nairobi Powerbikes reserves the right, without prior notification, to restrict the order quantity on any item and/or decline service to any customer. Verification of information may be necessary before the acceptance of any order. When placing a credit card order, the customer grants Nairobi Powerbikes permission to contact their bank to verify the name and address associated with the order.

These terms and conditions apply to the agreements between Nairobi Powerbikes and its customers.
Customers (herein 'Purchaser’) accept these terms by purchase of the motorcycle.
A unit is deemed to be reserved upon the payment of a 55% deposit by the Purchaser.
A transfer will be effective once the full payment of the price agreed upon is tendered upon arrival of
the unit.
Once a deposit is paid and the unit arrives, failure to tender the remainder of the payment by the
Purchaser will result in an 85% refund of the deposit, after which Nairobi Powerbikes is free to sell the
unit as it sees fit.
Nairobi Powerbikes does not take any responsibility for external factors that may affect the shipment
of a unit such as a delay. However, if a loss is experienced because of these factors, Nairobi Powerbikes
shall fully refund the deposit.
Funds shall only be transferred to Nairobi Powerbikes via the means agreed upon.
There shall be no return of goods once sold. Nairobi Powerbikes strives to ensure each and every unit
is of merchantable quality.
Cancellation of a Purchase shall attract a penalty of 15% of the Deposit. This may be waived by Nairobi
Powerbikes Ltd at its discretion.
All Brand New units sold by Nairobi Powerbikes are Under Warranty on engine-only for up to 2 (two)
years from the Date of Purchase. However, the Sold Unit has to be exclusively serviced / maintained by
Nairobi Powerbikes (or in the case that the Purchaser is not in the same area, an Approved Maintenance Garage
appointed by Nairobi Powerbikes only).
The Warranty only applies if the Purchaser follows the Maintenance Schedule in a timely manner and
effectively which is provided for at the back of every unit owners manual provided to the Purchaser when picking up their unit.
Any Purchaser acknowledges that he/she has not been induced into contracting with Nairobi Powerbikes.
